Warranty
BA Electrical Wholesalers products have 3 years full product replacement warranty from the date of purchase.
BA Electrical Wholesalers downlight has 3 years and switches are 4 years full product replacement warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the faulty product until the warranty claim is finalized, any loss or further damages will void the warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the original invoice for the warranty purposes; any loss of sales proof will void the warranty claim.
To claim the replacement, the customer will be required to show evidence of the fault via a photo of the faulty product. Once approved, we will dispatch the replacement goods and organize a collection of the faulty product. If the customer fails to provide the evidence of the faulty product, it is up to the customer to purchase the replacement product where we will dispatch the replacement goods with free shipping and free faulty collection. Once the faulty product is returned and identified, reimbursement will be made.
Warranty is only valid for products installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions and all the wiring by a qualified electrician.

BA Electrical Wholesalers does not accept liability for any direct damage, loss or other expense arising from incorrect installation or misuse of these products.
